The Madeleine Stowe of Blog Posts

Dear Mr. Costner,
We here at "If I Blog It They Will Come" had the great privilege of watching your 1990 Thriller, Revenge last night. While screening the feature in the privacy of our lavish but meager office we came to the realization that you might be pulling a Jay Cochran on us. You may be wondering just what we mean by that. Well, to clear things up...throughout the first hour or so of the film your character all but ignores Miryea Mendes (Madeleine Stowe) the drop dead gorgeous wife of your friend "Tibby" played by the legendary but not quite as debonair, Anthony Quinn. Then all of the sudden after several encounters there's a mutual passion that Miryea had been hinting at all along and it's on.
We tend to think that right now you're in that first-hour phase with our blog. You no doubt keep happening upon our not so timid advances...but something about the idea of sending in a photo of yourself looking at our blog just seems so wrong, but feels so right. You probably harbor a secret fear that once you comply with our request your agent is going to burn down your favorite old rickety cabin in Mexico and leave you for dead on the side of the road while we're sent to spend the rest of our years in a whorehouse or I guess in Internet terms we'd be turned into a porn site with pay web cams.
Rest assured Mr. Costner, no such consequences exist. Revenge was just a movie and while your agent might not approve if you send a photo of yourself looking at our blog to djayek@yahoo.com, you'll have reached a whole new level of popularity amongst your fans. We here at "If I Blog It They Will Come" feel that once you give into your natural urge and get past all of the formalities of that 1st hour phase, you won't regret. You'll discover a feeling so wonderful and we'll be here to share it with you clenching your photo the way Miryea clenched Jay's dog tags. Think about it. Thanks for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
The Folks Here at "If I Blog It They Will Come"
p.s. It was pretty unnecessary for them to shoot that cute dog in the movie. I mean damn!
