Friday The 13th

Dear Mr. Costner,

It's Friday the 13th and we here at "If I Blog It They Will Come" are suffering from Triskaidekaphobia. No, Triskaidekaphobia isn't the fear that you'll never send us a photo of yourself looking at our blog to djayek@yahoo.com (though we're certainly afraid of that we're not sure there's a word for it) , it's the fear of the number 13.

What about the number 13 scares us? Well, we're downright frigthtened that we might need another 13 days, 13 weeks, 13 months or god forbid another 13 years before we hear from you in our effort to get you to visit our blog and send a photo of yourself looking at it to djayek@yahoo.com. At this point we figure we're probably more likely to get the actor who played Jason Voorhies in the Friday the 13th movies to visit our blog and send a photo of himself to us, but we're not interested in his patronage (though it would be kind of cool). We'd love for you to prove us wrong because we're holding out for our #1, the one and only Kevin Costner.

Alright, we've said our piece for the week. We're prepared to wait through the fright, constantly looking over our shoulder for the man in the hockey mask, or an email with a photo of you looking at our blog. Remember, only you have the power to help us overcome or fear of the number 13. Thanks for your time and consideration.
