From Costner to Carrot Top

The primary aim of this blog was to get Kevin Costner to visit a blog about Kevin Costner and send a picture of himself looking at said blog to djayek@yahoo.com. However, after just over two fruitless months of incessant posting, we have determined that our mission is a hopeless one.

It is with a heavy heart that we here at "If I Blog It They Will Come" look to make a fresh start with a new venture aiming at getting a certain prop comic to visit our blog and send a photo of himself looking at said blog. In any case...the game is afoot:

CARROT TOP, YOU ARE ON THE CLOCK...

Before signing off on this the first post of our new mission. I shall first say that this blog is not in the interest of defaming any public figure. It's mere goal is to acquire photographic evidence that the public figure in question has seen this blog.

So with that in mind...Mr. Top...a word, please. Mr. Carrot Top, you are a prop comic/actor who has warmed our hearts and expanded our minds through your fine work on the stage of many a comedy club and through a certain landmark movie entitled Chairman of The Board. You have shown the comedic possibilities of plungers, can telephones and foam fingers. You sir, bring class and eloquence to novelty vomit and dog poo.

Carrot Top, we honor you by making you the new focus of this here blog. We merely ask that you honor us with a photo of your blog patronage...a simple request that we hope you deem necessary to grant.

Thank you for your time Mr. Top...we have enjoyed your work for many years and look forward to your next project. We are certain it will be phenomenal.
