Experiencing Non-Technical Costner Related Difficulties

Dear Mr. Costner,
We recently came across an article in the Post Chronicle in which you dismiss the charge that in Hollywood you are seen as being "difficult." On any other day, when the Hollywood machine would hurl an unseemly accusation against our favorite actor/filmmaker, we would stand right behind you. But, as much as it pains us to say it, we're going to have to side with Hollywood on this one.
Mr. Costner, you know how much we appreciate your directorial ability and acting talent. We've delighted in your films from Bull Durham to Dances with Wolves and most recently, The Guardian. We've done nothing but sing your praises for nearly four months, and all we've asked for in return is for you to send a photo of yourself looking at our blog to djayek@yahoo.com. In all that time we have not heard a peep from you. Getting you to reply to our request has been, in a word: difficult. This is ironic in that the entire purpose of our blog is to eliminate any negative notions the public may have about our favorite actor. The whole point of getting you to visit our blog and send a photo of yourself is to show everyone what a good guy Kevin Costner is.
Certainly you've earned the right to make artistically rewarding films, I think we've at least earned the right to be recognized by you as admirably inspired boosters of the Costner film legacy. All that we ask is for a moment of your time for what has amounted to nearly four months of our time. Maybe that just means that we have too much time on our hands and you don't have enough. Either way, we thank you for your time and consideration on the matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
The Folks at "If I Blog It They Will Come"
P.S. Good luck in Greenville this weekend, both with the Golf Tournament and the band. We'd be there to cheer you on if we could.
Special Thanks to A. Morton
