Full Slate of Costner

Dear Mr. Costner,

Keeping this site fresh and interesting requires a lot of hard work and dedication. You probably know something about hard work and dedication seeing as acting in a cinematic masterpiece certainly takes a lot of those two things, coupled with skill and a confidence in your craft as an actor/director.

In order to come up with new and exciting posts for our site we need to have confidence in our craft as writer/bloggers which, in turn, requires plenty of research. We don't just rest on our laurels hoping that one day you'll magically send a photo of yourself looking at our blog to djayek@yahoo.com. No sir, we here at "If I Blog It They Will Come" are all about using a little elbow grease. Sometimes our "research" takes us to the outer reaches of the interweb and sometimes its as simple as a Kevin Costner film marathon over the weekend. We hesitate to use the term research because, really, watching a Kevin Costner film is probably the most enjoyable "research" anyone can do. This weekend we've put together a little "research" festival consisting of some of your more recent triumphs such as Dragonfly, 13 Days and The Postman. That little bit of homework coupled with our already large memory bank of Kevin Costner knowledge should be enough to keep us going for the next two weeks or at least until you decide to send a photo of yourself looking at our blog to djayek@yahoo.com. We're like the internet version of the Energizer bunny..."still going". Keeping that in mind, we certainly wish you an excellent weekend and know that we'll still be here on Monday, eagerly awaiting a response. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
