Crystal's Day?

Dear Mr. Robin Williams,
We recently came upon an article on the world wide web mentioning your presence at the Kennedy Center in honor of your esteemed colleague Billy Crystal's winning of the 10th annual Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. While we here at "If I Blog It They Will Come " enjoy the work of he who looks "mahvelous", we'd much rather see you toting such an award or at least sharing it the way you shared both the top billing and parenting duties in the 1997 comedy Father's Day. Although you'll most certainly receive the award next year we feel a little uneasy at the prospect that your two good friends Billy and Whoopi have received it before our favorite comedic performer.
We hope you don't feel slighted by Mr. Crystal's honor but if you feel as thought you've been given the cold shoulder by the judges of American Humor, we here at "If I Blog It They Will Come" hope you take solace in knowing that we thought of you before both Whoopi and Billy in our quest to get a celebrity to visit our blog and send a photo of themselves looking at our blog to djayek@yahoo.com, solely based on your knack for making us laugh. Think of our request as the People's Prize for American Humor (Who is Mark Twain anyway? I mean that's not even his real name. What is he hiding?) If that offer doesn't warm your heart you can always be reassured by the fact that you have an Academy Award and Billy doesn't.
In any case, Mr. Williams, we thank you for your time and consideration and look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
The American Humor loving folks at "If I Blog It They Will Come"
