The New Face of Disney

Dear Mr. Costner,

We here at "If I Blog It They Will Come" were delighted to read earlier in the week that the distribution rights for your latest film project, Swing Vote, had been been picked up by Disney's Touchstone Pictures. We have to commend the folks at Disney for making such a shrewd business decision that will only work out in their favor.

We're sure that when Swing Vote hits theaters with it's all-star ensemble cast they'll be thanking their lucky stars that on that one day in August they made the move to distribute the still unfinished surefire, groundbreaking, political comedy hit that Swing Vote will end up being. In our minds, Swing Vote will surpass all of the other Disney box office smashes from Cinderella to Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest. Disney will undoubtedly have no choice but to change the face of their company from an effeminate mouse to that of the masculine, boyishly charming visage of none other than Kevin Costner. They'll even make room for your own section of Disney World in Orlando, Florida when they demolish Frontierland in favor of Waterworld, where visitors can recycle and drink their own urine and search for the the dry part of the park which houses Space Mountain, whilst floating on a makeshift raft.

We here at "If I Blog It They Will Come" will be the first ones in line for the grand opening of that part of the park. However, we're a little worried that the subsequent Disney-led marketing blitz will leave you so tied up with obligations that you'll have no time to send us a photo of yourself looking at our blog to djayek@yahoo.com. So if you have any time before then, we would really appreciate it, but if it's something that has to wait until things cool down. We understand too.

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
The Folks at "If I Blog It They Will Come"

special thanks to Marty Dundics
